Dans une d\u00e9cision rendue hier, mercredi, la haute juridiction s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e incomp\u00e9tente pour conna\u00eetre de cette affaire, estimant qu\u2019elle ne relevait pas de son champ de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le recours visait la d\u00e9cision du Bureau de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale du 24 mai 2026 ayant permis le retour d\u2019Ousmane SONKO au Parlement en qualit\u00e9 de d\u00e9put\u00e9. Les requ\u00e9rants contestaient la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9int\u00e9gration et demandaient son annulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En se d\u00e9clarant incomp\u00e9tente, la Cour supr\u00eame ne s\u2019est donc pas prononc\u00e9e sur le fond du dossier.
