Cependant, le Conseil constitutionnel l\u2019a jug\u00e9e inconstitutionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, dans un communiqu\u00e9, la coalition \u00ab\u00a0Diomaye pr\u00e9sident\u00a0\u00bb a salu\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision des sept sages. Dans sa d\u00e9claration, la coalition affirme que par d\u00e9cision No 6\/C\/2026, en date du 09 juillet 2026, le conseil constitutionnel a \u00ab\u00a0<em>sanctionn\u00e9 les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de la majorit\u00e9, en d\u00e9clarant la loi vot\u00e9e le 29 juin 2026, contraire \u00e0 la Constitution de notre pays<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Coalition Diomaye Pr\u00e9sident f\u00e9licite de ce fait le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique pour sa d\u00e9marche \u00ab\u00a0<em>d\u00e9mocratique et salue sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre la Constitution et \u00e0 faire respecter la loi dans notre pays<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Coalition Diomaye Pr\u00e9sident exhorte le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 continuer la finalisation&nbsp;des consultations concernant les r\u00e9formes en place afin de renforcer la d\u00e9mocratie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9mi SOUSSO<\/strong><br>WALFADJRI<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9cemment, l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, sous la direction de son pr\u00e9sident Ousmane SONKO, a adopt\u00e9 une loi de r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle.
