La somme de 500 millions de francs Cfa correspond au pr\u00e9judice subi, tandis que les 600 millions restants sont pour le \u00ab&nbsp;<em>manque \u00e0 gagner et pour toute cause de pr\u00e9judice confondue<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, renseigne \u00ab\u00a0Lib\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e9s le journal, Maguette Sylla accuse la Sonatel de violation de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle. Lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse, il avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa m\u00e9thode Beinday \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, avec laquelle il avait sign\u00e9 un accord de confidentialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a d\u00e9couvert plus tard que le g\u00e9ant des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications avait copi\u00e9 son invention, alors qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait sous brevet depuis le 14 d\u00e9cembre 2017.
