Le dossier a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 d\u2019office au 24 juillet prochain pour les plaidoiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette proc\u00e9dure fait suite \u00e0 une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale de gestion et d\u2019exploitation du patrimoine b\u00e2ti de l\u2019\u00c9tat (SOGEPA), qui lui reproche d\u2019avoir laiss\u00e9 une villa de fonction dans un \u00e9tat d\u00e9grad\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 sa sortie de la salle d\u2019audience, l\u2019ancien ministre a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir investi 200 millions de FCFA dans la r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2timent.
