Ils ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une technologie de transistors novatrice qui pourrait r\u00e9volutionner la conception des circuits \u00e9lectroniques, rendant les\u00a0fu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>turs\u00a0appareils plus flexibles et moins gourmands en\u00a0\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La qu\u00eate incessante pour rendre les composants \u00e9lectroniques toujours plus petits se heurte aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 des barri\u00e8res physiques et \u00e9conomiques difficiles \u00e0 surmonter. La miniaturisation extr\u00eame entra\u00eene des probl\u00e8mes tels que l&rsquo;augmentation des fuites de courant et, par cons\u00e9quent, une plus grande consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Pour contourner ces obstacles, les chercheurs se sont tourn\u00e9s vers une approche innovante: l&rsquo;utilisation de la logique \u00e0 valeurs multiples (MVL). Ce concept permet de r\u00e9duire le\u00a0nombre\u00a0de composants n\u00e9cessaires dans un circuit, offrant ainsi une solution \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de cette innovation repose sur la cr\u00e9ation de transistors anti-ambipolaires, un type de transistor qui permet le transport simultan\u00e9 de charges positives et n\u00e9gatives, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une association unique de nanofils et de nanofeuilles.
